Information underload

We hear a lot these days about information overload... and the latest Ofcom report states that we spend half our waking lives accessing devices such as computers and TV.  But are we getting the right information?

You still find organisations where the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.  Someone jets off to New York for a conference, and the sales guy back in London doesn't know who he's spoken to, or what about.

That's information underload, and that's where Salient KMS comes in.  Salient allows everyone to write up reports of who's spoken to whom about what, and allows the relevant people in the organisation to access that information so they can use it in their job.
